Clear and Fair Refund Guidelines
Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair while respecting the academic nature of our programs.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are considered only if
The request is submitted within the defined refund window mentioned at the time of enrolment
The program has not progressed beyond the specified access limit
No certificate has been issued
Refund eligibility varies by program and is clearly communicated before enrolment.
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if
A significant portion of the program has been accessed
Certification has been granted
The request is based on personal preference or time constraints
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
Administrative or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
